Clearview Developments, Decking & Driveways was formed in 2007 by Robert Berriman and James Milton specialising in the design, supply and build of quality decking installations and management of property portfolio requirements.

Clearview Decking - Partners

Robert Berriman: Qualified from London college of Furniture with Honours (London University Affiliated) in 1989. On qualifying he returned to Wirral to form Berriman's Cabinetmakers - which subsequently ran for the next ten years before moving into the building and construction industry for the following ten years. Rob's qualifications, his knowledge of furniture and decking design and build is extensive to the degree that he has been called upon several times to write assessments by local authorities which have been subsequently been relied upon in court.

James Milton: Jim has worked in the timber trade for past 25 years and is currently a partner of Clearview Developments as well as being the Finance Director and Company Secretary.

Clearview Decking – Objectives

Clearview decking was formed with the intention of providing a professional cost effective solution to enhance garden, land and unused areas by providing high quality decking solutions for every application both private and commercial whilst working to all the current relevant building regulations and all other legislation such as conservation and/or preservation compliance etc.

Clearview Decking – Range

Clearview’s range of decking starts from the relatively small - around a couple of hundred pounds to a recent project for a premiership footballer which surpassed 45 thousand pounds, as phase two of a land reclamation project, it must be remembered that in both scenarios the decking added value to the properties that exceeded the cost.
